Purpose: To protect the operational flow, delivery systems, creative freedom, and legal rights of KDV ENT 901 LLC.
1. Tier-Based Deliverables: All branding, media access, product placement, and promotional integrations are based on the confirmed sponsorship tier agreement. No sponsor may receive access beyond their paid tier unless upgraded.
2. Projected Results: Media visibility, global impressions, and brand integrations are forecasted projections. Actual outcomes may vary based on:
- External press coverage
- Race-day logistics or weather
- Music platform algorithms
- Reality show publishing cycles
3. Refunds & Adjustments: There are no refunds, partial credits, or compensation guarantees under any tier. Sponsors may apply prior investments toward upgraded tiers but cannot reverse charges once activation begins.
4. Brand Protection Clause: KDV ENT 901 will never place competing brands in the same media zones (e.g., helmet, mixtape cover, main sponsor reel) during the same campaign window.
5. Audit Rights: KDV ENT 901 reserves the right to conduct internal audits and replace, reschedule, or modify deliverables if required for legal, ethical, or operational reasons.
6. Reputational Clause: Any partner or sponsor found to be engaging in racism, discrimination, exploitation, hate speech, or other disruptive behavior may be removed immediately — with forfeiture of any paid funds.
7. Minimum Engagement Term (No Quick-Ad Sponsors)
KDV ENT 901 does not accept short-term advertising engagements that last under six (6) months, unless approved in writing as part of a test phase or designated special event. This policy protects the brand’s long-term positioning, S.V.&T.™ integrity, and ensures meaningful cultural alignment with all partners.
Any sponsor applying with the intention of one-off ads, flash placements, or short-term exposure will be denied or redirected unless they commit to a strategic campaign tier that meets minimum term requirements.
